Fulfillment Policy

Shipping and Delivery:
- We offer standard shipping within the continental United States, with delivery typically within 5-7 business days of your order being processed.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, with delivery in 2-3 business days.
- International shipping is not available.
- All orders are shipped via a trackable carrier, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed.
- We make every effort to have in-stock items shipped quickly, but during peak seasons or unexpected demand, processing times may be longer.
- You will receive email confirmation when your order has been received, processed, and shipped.
